I finally got rid of Scott Hairston. I have been trying to pick up someone and dump him for the past three weeks and the third time was the charm. I picked of David Ross, Catcher - Cin, for $2 in Free Agency this week. David played a huge part in my success in the playoffs last year and I look forward to having his extra punch in my lineup.
I currently have him in my Utility position but I plan on moving him to the Catcher position as soon as Cody Ross (no relation to David) comes off the DL.
Update:
The pickup already seems to be paying off. David Ross hit a homerun last night in his debut for Team FKAky.
