Manny Parra pitched seven shut out innings yesterday to capture his 7th win on the season. He limited the Blue Jays to four hits and struck out five batters.
Manny has been a nice addition to this years team. He has had a couple of shaky starts but he has proven to be a must start in all roto baseball formats.
