Harang implodes

I am starting to get frustrated with Aaron Harang. He really isn't pitching like a super star that I was hoping for. He currently has a 3-10 record and he can't seem to pitch effectively on back to back starts. He still has a lot of value because he can strike out players like the best of them but his WHIP and ERA are higher than what I had expected. Do I sell him while he still has value or will I even get anything for him right now? With the addition of Ted Lilly, I can probably start shopping them.
