Bailey demoted

Homer Bailey has been demoted to AAA again to work on his command. Bailey made three starts and all three were disasters. Hopefully they can figure something out quick so that he can come back and be useful this season. At a price tag at $4 his keeper value is right were I want it but I need him to start performing to warrant keeping.
