Will Bonds play this week?

So the San Francisco Giants have announced that they will be parting ways with Barry Bonds after this season and one of the biggest questions is will the Giant fans be able to see him one last time at AT&T Park this week? They only have two games left at home and Barry has been out for the past week and a half. I think the Giants owe it to the fans to play him for the next two games. Only time will tell.

One more regret that I have to add to my list, Not seeing Barry Bonds play in a Giants uniform. I was hoping to go this season but due to a death in the family I wasn't able to see him play. What sucks even more is that the series that the wife and I was planning on going to was the same series that Barry broke the All Time Homerun record. How cool would that have been? Seeing a part of history but at least I can pass on stories to my grandchildren one day about how I came close to seeing it. They might not be impressed but it will be something that I still pass on to them. And hopefully they can humor me with this story.

It has been a fun fantasy baseball season and I am glad that Barry was part of my team. Hopefully I can bring home a championship for him this season. One more week! Party like it's 1999!!! (That has been my team motto since the beginning of the season, I thought that it was too dorky to announce until just now)
