Recent FA pickup, Kyle Kendricks, looks to jump start a stagnant pitching staff for Team FKAky. Kendricks has posted a 5-3 record with an ERA below 4 this season. In 12 starts he has had 9 quality starts. He is also a ground ball pitcher with 1.67 ground ball to fly ball ratio. Those numbers are impressive.
Update:
Kyle got off to a rocky start, giving up 3 runs in the first two innings but he quickly settled down to pitch 6.2 while giving up only one more run. He didn't strike anyone out and he walked two while giving up 7 hits. He did pick up the W though.
