I was trying to find out some more information about Cody's MRI that he had done about a week ago. I hadn't heard anything until I found codyross.org, Here is the link to the website.
Cody had an MRI yesterday and the good news is, its just a minor tear (microscopic). Two weeks on the dl and another two weeks in rehab. This could have been alot worse.
Hopefully Ross will be back in action in June.

ROSS NOT READY - South Florida Sun-Sentinel
Outfielder Cody Ross (hamstring) is eligible to come off the disabled list before Tuesday's series opener against the Phillies, but he isn't close to ready.
Ross was hitting and running early last week in Pittsburgh, but he suffered a setback and didn't do anything in St. Petersburg.
"They shut me down," Ross said. "Once we get back home, I'll start getting after it. It's coming. It's doing a lot better, but I haven't even started running yet. The thing about hamstrings is they get better really fast and then kind of plateau and it lingers there. It's lingering right now."
Ross' injury is buying a little more time for Joe Borchard, who is in a 1-for-19 skid that has lowered his batting average to .192. The addition of Linden, a switch-hitter who can play all three outfield spots, could make Borchard superfluous.
